2. Web Design & Development Services

Refund Eligibility:

Before Design Approval: Clients are eligible for a full refund if they are not satisfied with the initial design concepts and request a refund before approving the design.

After Design Approval: Once the design has been approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. Design approval indicates that the client is satisfied with the design, and work will proceed to the development stage.
No Design Changes After

Development: After the design has been approved and development has commenced, no further changes to the design will be accepted without additional charges.

3. SEO, Social Media, and Google Service Ads

Refund Eligibility:

Initial Period: Clients may request a refund within the first 7 days of service commencement if they are not satisfied with the services provided.

After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued after the initial 7-day period, as SEO, social media, and advertising campaigns involve ongoing work and expenses.

4. Exceptions

Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen circumstances or significant changes in project scope initiated by the client, refunds and policy adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact Us: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@renomade.ca with your project details and reasons for the refund request.

Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
